2025 SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION
HOW DOES REGISTRATION WORK, AND WHAT ARE THE STEPS?
Registration in Legacy programs is quick and easy. Please read the steps below.
Step 1: Click and Complete the registration below based on your campsite. ( REGISTRATION IS NOT DONE IN PERSON OR OVER THE PHONE.)
Upload your child’s physical and immunizations and IEP if they apply to your child.
NOTE: you can register even if you do not have a physical at this time, but it will be required for your child to start camp.
Step 2: The card you put on your application will be charged the $250 deposit ONLY. This deposit is nonrefundable and will be used to “ book” the sessions you select on your application. Each child will require a deposit.
Please Note: If your card is declined you will be sent an email and may have to complete a new application. Please ensure that the card number entered is correct to avoid processing delays. Declined applications may be skipped for another family who has submitted their application.
Step 3: Your application will be processed, and once complete, you will be emailed your receipt and sent a link to download the ProCare app as well as sign additional forms. Download the ProCare app only when you receive the email or text; this is mandatory as camp information will be sent on the app ONLY. You will also receive a welcome email with additional information and steps. Please note: registration is NOT secure until steps 1-3 are completed by the applicant.

Parents will need to submit a physical & immunization form. Please take a moment to check that your child’s physical will be valid during camp. For example, the physical must be stamped within the calendar year. If you do not have a form, you may click the above to print it and have your child’s doctor complete it. Note: You may register your child without this form, but all campers must submit a physical at least one week before starting camp. Physicals can be submitted on ProCare anytime using the “ documents “ tab.

Each session is two weeks except for Charter and Session 4
OPTIONAL ADD ON CHILD CARE SERVICES
** $40 add-on fee per session for general campers starting at 8 AM daily. 8 AM extended day starts on July 2nd.
** Campers aged four years old during the months of June- August will be placed in the PreK group which costs $25 additional per session.
SIBLING DISCOUNTS
Sibling discounts are applied with a membership specialist after completing an application. Sibling Discount is $50 off each session booked.

SPECIALITY & CLUB PROGRAMS- 2025 Summer Season
Specialty programs such as Basketball, Soccer, Cooking Club & STEM Club run concurrently within each session schedule. Your child will participate in the specialty camp or club, inclusive of the full camp scheduled day.

Sessions listed as WAITLIST indicate that the camp is full for that chosen session, and your child will be placed on a waiting list. Your deposit will be charged at registration and used towards sessions that are NOT waitlisted.
If a space becomes available your deposit will then be rolled over to the waitlisted session.
CAMP DEPOSIT ( PAY AS YOU GO)
The $250 deposit is to secure a spot in camp. Deposits are applied to your chosen sessions. Due to the high demand of camp, we have a deposit system that allows families to secure camp while paying a smaller deposit first. The first full payment of camp is due at least three weeks before the start of camp. Families are able to make any changes to the attendance of their child up until May 15th. At that point changes as to the attendance cannot be made.
Once camp has started, subsequent payments are on due on the Thursday before the start of a new session.
Any registration accepted for Session One or after June 20th will not be allowed to leave a deposit and will require the full payment of the session at registration.
